Description
Cute squirrel done in oil, digitally. She obviously had chewed on the tree bark near her and was chewing on something as I watched her (and she watched me). Did you know...Squirrels, like pigeons and other fauna, are synanthropes, in that they benefit and thrive from their interaction in human environments. This gradual process of successful interaction is called synurbanization, wherein squirrels lose their inherent fear of humans in an urban environment.
